Rising Sun Veterinary Clinic has teamed up with Pet Friendly Services of Indiana to offer
affordable spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats in our community. We believe every pet deserves high-quality veterinary care, and this program makes essential procedures more accessible for pet owners.
Program Details & Cost
If your application is accepted, the total client cost for the spay or neuter surgery is $50 per pet.
How to Apply (The Process)
Step 1: Submit Your Application
All applications must be submitted online through this webpage. Please click the application link below to get started.
Step 2: Application Review & Approval
Once your application is reviewed and approved, a member of the Rising Sun Veterinary Clinic staff will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
Step 3: Secure Your Spot
During our follow-up call, we will collect your $50 deposit and walk you through a few additional documents that need to be completed prior to surgery.
Important Health Requirements
For the safety of all patients and staff, all animals must be up to date on their Rabies vaccination prior to surgery.
You have two options to fulfill this requirement:
- Provide Proof: Submit previous veterinary records showing your pet is currently vaccinated against rabies.
- Receive Vaccination: If your pet is not vaccinated, or if you cannot provide proof, a rabies vaccine will be administered at the time of your appointment for an additional charge of $12 per animal.
