A non-refundable $50 deposit and completed registration form are required to reserve your spot

All feline patients MUST be in a carrier. Cats not in a carrier will be denied admission.
All cats will receive an ear tip to indicate they are spayed/neutered

Dogs
10 Spots Available
All dogs MUST be on a leash. Dogs not on a leash will be denied admission.
All dogs will receive a tattoo to indicate they are spayed/neutered.
